Raspberry Ketones

Raspberry ketone is the natural substance that is responsible for giving raspberries their fragrant smell. Healthline says a synthetic version is sold as a weight loss supplement.5 Raspberry ketones may help weight loss efforts by breaking down fat and increasing levels of the hormone adiponectin, which the source says is believed to be related to weight loss.
